Mi-ke
Japanese Bobtail
A lucky charm with a pom-pom tail
Personality
Cream-white with bold patches of orange and black, the mi-ke Japanese Bobtail is the cat behind the beckoning maneki-neko figurine, said to bring good luck. Long-legged and lively, it ends in a short pom-pom of a tail that bobs as it walks.
Desktop Habits
Busy and bright: strolls often, peeks over window edges, climbs now and then, and breaks into zoomies. Chases your cursor eagerly and is happy to roll over for a belly rub when you pause.
With a Friend
The cheerful instigator. Starts games more than almost any other cat, plays with gusto, likes to stay near its friend, and when pounced on, it chases right back.
